Carson T. Williams, M.D.
Medical Director
A native of Leawood, KS, Dr. Williams grew up a mere few blocks from mission: SKIN and understands the needs and desires of the local community.
Dr. Williams is a fellowship trained facial plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, neck and scalp. He has trained with world renowned facial plastic experts to hone his skills and be able to offer his patients cutting edge treatments for all their facial cosmetic needs.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Williams spends time with his wife and two young children, traveling, gardening and golf.
He is excited to be involved with such a great team at Mission Skin!
Jan Miller
Spa Director
Meet Jan, Spa Director of mission: SKIN. Jan has worked as a pharmacist for 35 years and her passion of chemistry lead her to finding the best skincare in medical aesthetics to offer our clientele. Jan had a vision to open a medical spa that offered the latest technology, skincare, and advanced skin services. mission:SKIN offers a variety of facials, lasers, injectables and clinical skincare.

Paula Mallery
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Paula, our front desk administrator. Paula Mallery has been involved with the skin care industry for more than 20 years. She has intimate knowledge of products and procedures used to maintain healthy skin and a glowing appearance. She is extremely approachable and is driven to find appropriate skin care options for all clients. She will always greet you with a smile and a positive attitude.
Lindsey Mwanza, LE, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector
Lindsey has always had a passion for aesthetics and takes her patients skin and cosmetic enhancement goals to its highest level of beauty. She received her aesthetic license in 2012. While working as an aesthetician, Lindsey went on to complete her RN-BSN degree. She has her aesthetic license in Missouri and Kansas, and has her Multi-State Registered Nursing license.
Learning early on that every person has a different skin type, expectations, limitations, and experiences, she custom designs specialized treatments and procedures for every patient. Along with her extensive experience as a freelance makeup artist and aesthetician, this combination of skills and artistic talents make her uniquely qualified to help you look and feel your best though injectables and cosmetic treatments.
Today she enjoys connecting and consulting with her patients, and fully understanding their skin care and cosmetic enhancement goals. Her dedicated experience to skin care and other facial treatments has given her the impeccable skill to create successful skin care regiments and effective cosmetic treatment plans, that have truly improved her patients skin and overall confidence.
Abby Obrist, LE, CLT
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Abby has a passion for her work and uses scientifically proven products and procedures to drive patient results for over 19 years. She absolutely loves what she does with customized treatments, state of the art technology, skin care plans, years of training and a love for skin health. She goes all in for your skin to help you feel the best about yourself inside and out.
Abby loves traveling with her husband, son, family and friends, she has 3 Great Danes, enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and decorating.
Angela Schooley, RN
Nurse Injector & Laser Tech
Angela has worked in healthcare for over 20 years with over 12 years of experience in a plastic surgery clinic, and has been injecting Botox & Filler for almost 4 years. She went to esthetics school 17 years ago and is excited to be able to combine all of that experience to provide comprehensive care to meet the aesthetic needs of her patients.
Her years of experience in plastic surgery helps her set a realistic expectation for her patients. She can guide them in what can be achieved with injectables, and what would be better treated with surgery. She is thrilled to be in a med spa where she can utilize multiple modalities to treat her patients.
In addition to working at the med spa, she takes care of a little girl with complex medical issues. She enjoys going to school with her and seeing her interact with her peers.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, his kids, and their two granddaughters. They are huge Chiefs fans, football season is their favorite time of year, and they love to travel when we get the chance.
Angela looks forward to continuing to grow her practice!
