Kallie Flexman, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Medical Director and Owner
Kallie is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare experience, including intensive care, pain management and advanced aesthetics. As Medical Director and Owner of mission:SKIN, she specializes in facial rejuvenation with injectables, medical weight loss with GLP-1 therapy, peptide protocols, and hormone optimization. Her clinical approach blends artistry and evidence-based medicine to achieve natural, safe and confidence boosting results for every patient.
Before pursuing her nursing career, Kallie earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas, where she also played Division I softball. The discipline and teamwork she developed as an athlete continue to influence her leadership style and patient care today.
Outside the clinic, Kallie enjoys giving back through coaching. Assisting the softball program at St. Teresa’s Academy and coaching her daughters youth volleyball team. She loves spending time with her two girls, traveling and finding new ways to balance family, fitness, and her passion for aesthetics.

Maddie Driver, LE
Licensed Aesthetician
Maddie brings over seven years of experience as a Licensed Aesthetician, with a deep passion for blending chemistry, medical science, and artistry to create lasting transformations. She specializes in aging skin and acne/acne scarring, with microneedling as her favorite tool to deliver visible results. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: consistency and patience create the best outcomes. Maddie reminds clients that protecting their investment with sunscreen is just as important as the treatments themselves, and she takes pride in making each client feel cared for, seen, and confident in their own skin.
Outside the treatment room, Maddie enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, traveling to visit her large extended family, and spending time with her German shepherd and energetic cat. A former soccer player of 15 years, she still loves the game and can often be found cheering on Sporting KC. At Mission:SKIN, Maddie values being part of a collaborative, supportive team and loves being both a guide and cheerleader for her clients on their skincare journey.
Paula Mallery
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet Paula, our front desk administrator. Paula Mallery has been involved with the skin care industry for more than 20 years. She has intimate knowledge of products and procedures used to maintain healthy skin and a glowing appearance. She is extremely approachable and is driven to find appropriate skin care options for all clients. She will always greet you with a smile and a positive attitude.
Angela Schooley, RN
Nurse Injector & Laser Tech
Angela has worked in healthcare for over 20 years with over 12 years of experience in a plastic surgery clinic, and has been injecting Botox & Filler for almost 4 years. She went to esthetics school 17 years ago and is excited to be able to combine all of that experience to provide comprehensive care to meet the aesthetic needs of her patients.
Her years of experience in plastic surgery helps her set a realistic expectation for her patients. She can guide them in what can be achieved with injectables, and what would be better treated with surgery. She is thrilled to be in a med spa where she can utilize multiple modalities to treat her patients.
In addition to working at the med spa, she takes care of a little girl with complex medical issues. She enjoys going to school with her and seeing her interact with her peers.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, his kids, and their two granddaughters. They are huge Chiefs fans, football season is their favorite time of year, and they love to travel when we get the chance.

Abby Obrist, LE, CLT
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Abby has a passion for her work and uses scientifically proven products and procedures to drive patient results for over 19 years. She absolutely loves what she does with customized treatments, state of the art technology, skin care plans, years of training and a love for skin health. She goes all in for your skin to help you feel the best about yourself inside and out.
Abby loves traveling with her husband, son, family and friends, she has 3 Great Danes, enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and decorating.
Samantha White, RN
Nurse Injector
Sammi is a Registered Nurse that has been injecting neurotoxin and filler since 2022. She absolutely loves helping others feel confident in their own skin. She has a wide background in lasers, microneedling, and injectables, and is eager to recommend options that will help you get to your end goal.
In her free time, Sammi enjoys spending time with loved ones and exploring new locations; whether it’s a coffee shop or destination, she strives for adventure. She also has a long haired miniature dachshund named Luna.
Sammi is excited to meet all of her new clients and is ready to build an everlasting relationship with everyone.
