Kallie is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare experience spanning intensive care, pain management, and advanced aesthetics. As Medical Director and Owner of mission:SKIN, she specializes in facial rejuvenation with injectables, medical weight loss with GLP-1 therapy, peptide protocols, and hormone optimization.
Her clinical approach blends artistry and evidence-based medicine to achieve natural, safe, confidence-building results for every patient.
Before nursing, Kallie earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas, where she played Division I softball. That discipline and team-first mentality continues to shape her leadership and patient care today.
Outside the clinic, Kallie coaches softball at St. Teresa’s Academy, leads her daughters’ youth volleyball team, and finds new ways to balance family, fitness, and her passion for aesthetics.
Angela brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to mission:SKIN, including 12 years in a plastic surgery clinic and nearly 4 years of injectable experience with Botox and filler. She also attended esthetics school 17 years ago — a background that gives her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on aesthetic care.
Her plastic surgery background is a genuine advantage: she understands what injectables can achieve and when surgery would be a better fit — allowing her to set realistic, honest expectations for every patient.
Angela is a devoted mom and Kansas City Chiefs fan. In her free time, she loves traveling with her husband and family, spending time with her grandchildren, and cheering on the Chiefs every season.
Maddie brings over seven years of experience as a Licensed Aesthetician, with a deep passion for blending chemistry, medical science, and artistry to create lasting skin transformations. She specializes in aging skin and acne/acne scarring, with microneedling as her signature tool.
Her philosophy is simple: consistency and patience create the best outcomes. Maddie is also a strong advocate for sunscreen — reminding every client that protecting their investment is just as important as the treatment itself.
A former competitive soccer player and current Sporting KC supporter, Maddie brings that same drive and love of the game to her work. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband, traveling to visit family, and spending time with her German shepherd and cat.
With 19 years of experience, Abby is one of the most seasoned aestheticians in the Kansas City area. She uses scientifically proven products and procedures to drive real, visible results — and she’s fully committed to your skin health from the first appointment.
Abby brings a CLT (Certified Laser Technician) credential alongside her aesthetician license — making her particularly qualified in device-based treatments and advanced skincare protocols.
Her approach is personalized and thorough: customized treatments, state-of-the-art technology, multi-step skincare planning, and the kind of care that makes clients feel genuinely seen. When Abby is in, she’s all in for your skin.
Outside the clinic, Abby loves traveling with her husband and son, reading, listening to podcasts, decorating, and caring for her three Great Danes.
